Each exhibit runs for six months from the date the initial exhibit is uploaded and online.
ORDERS: Orders are placed directly with the exhibiting manufacturer, importer or rep. Each exhibit contains contact information: phone/fax numbers, street address, email, and web site addresses.
BUYER QUALIFICATIONS TO PLACE WHOLESALE ORDERS: America’s Gift Show is a “wholesale to the trade” show only. If you are not a wholesale gift buyer, you may look at this site but may NOT make purchases – so don’t ask!
Manufacturers will require the following to qualify you as a new wholesale buyer: your resale number, and one or two other forms of business identification such as a copy of a company check or a copy of a paid wholesale invoice. Each giftware vendor has different qualifications. Minimum quantities and dollar amount of orders must be met according to each individual manufacturer’s terms, ranging from $100-$200 per order up.
EXHIBITORS AND THEIR REPS: America’s Gift Show is a 24/7, 365-day-a-year trade show. In no way is this show meant to replace manufacturers representatives. It is not the first order that makes money for the vendor, but the REORDER business which is generated from the many services that reps perform. If your company does not have guidelines in place to deal with the issues arising from online initial orders or reorders in one of your rep’s territories, whether originating from America’s Gift Show or another online source, you will need to establish agreed-upon policies to deal with this new distribution option. In actuality, e-commerce transactions are no different than retailer-direct phone orders.
